As a Level 7 Synchro, he has average stats, but his decks are quite limited due to the double restrictions on his materials. Especially for him who is not a tuner, Pyro is a songwriter.
The effect is to remove his GY by the number of cards in the opponent's hand, and to strengthen the RBI for that amount, anyway, the dependence on the opponent stands out.
